All of our programs are highly scrutinized by our executive level personnel, who will always ensure that the client’s concerns and needs are satisfied in a timely manner.
Worldwide maintains our own in-house Legal Department, which provides all of the support necessary to safeguard both our interests and those of the client organization. Every aspect of our operation is overseen by one of our supervisory personnel in addition to an attorney from our legal department.
Worldwide also maintains all of the necessary insurance coverage, including errors and omissions, to protect the concerns of our client core.
Training: Worldwide offers a service to client organizations wherein we can establish and implement a training program to indoctrinate and familiarize your personnel with your existing security procedures and protocols, or with any security procedures and protocols which are implemented as a result of our detailed analysis. Our training staff includes certified law enforcement instructors, all of whom maintain a high level of professionalism during each training session.
Policy and Procedure Drafting: Worldwide Law Enforcement Consulting Group began as a company dedicated to the research, analysis and drafting of Policy and Procedure for Law Enforcement Agencies. As such, we are able to provide the same services to our corporate, industrial and educational clients. We can evaluate your existing policies and procedures, make recommendations as to what topics are omitted, as well as draft an individual policy or a complete manual of procedures from the ground up. All of the policy and procedure that we recommend and/or draft is based upon a thorough analysis and evaluation of existing policy, current trends, demographics, geographics, market analysis, litigation history as well as an individual needs assessment.
Corporate Partnerships: At Worldwide, we realize that no single company can offer all of the services necessary to provide for complete security services, therefore, we have entered into partnerships with several top companies in the fields of security, protective services and plan implementation. We provide a strong base upon which all of our corporate partners can operate successfully. Worldwide will work diligently to ensure that any project undertaken by a partner corporation relating to one of Worldwide’s client relationships, shall be executed in the most professional manner, enabling the client to be assured of a complete and prosperous conclusion for all of those involved.
After-Care Program: Worldwide Law Enforcement has created our “After-Care” program, which, if selected by the client, includes our continued analysis and review of any policies and procedures which we develop for the client. We will provide post-consultation support and make recommendations as necessary.
Court Testimony and Support: Worldwide also offers support in the form of court testimony to help defend your organization’s policies in any court litigation which may be brought against you. We will testify as to the research that was conducted prior to drafting the policy, as well as to any comparable policies, or national standards, currently utilized by other like organizations.
Policy and Civil Liability: When an organization maintains focused, well-worded policies that meet current industry standards, the likelihood of civil liability judgments against one’s organization/agency is greatly minimized. The aftereffect will be realized in substantial savings related to civil litigation fees and damages.
